A response to the mindless honking and inflated egos of the motor driving class of India.
Shot outside a Government Hospital in Chandigarh where the motor drivers literally turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the space they are driving through.
This video is an attempt to sensitize the masses about the damage a small horn can do.
